Our two full time field inspectors carefully inspect produce at the packing houses in their respective territories. They select fruits and vegetables based on quality, grade and condition, finding produce that will meet USDA requirements. Specifically they look for produce that is fresh with vibrant color and free of flaws such as decay, scarring and pitting.

Field inspectors forward digital pictures of selected produce to our offices. This helps us to make prompt purchasing decisions for the freshest quality produce. Once purchased, field inspectors verify that trucks are loaded with the correct orders.
